I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Parkening and the Ralston Vet team! The last few months have been rough for our pup, but they have been so helpful and reassuring through it all. It says a lot when your dog is trying to jump out of the car to get inside!

I have been taking my pets for at least 7 years. My dog Ellie Mae has seen them since she was born. They have always been so great to her and they love her. She has a rare condition and has gone through a lot in the last 6 months. They have been there every step of the way, every tear I cried, and gave her so much love. I love the fact when I call in and say her name they always know exactly who she is and get excited that they get to see her. My dog is scared of a lot of things, including the vet, so anytime we have an appointment both her and I have anxiety. We just had our first appointment for something unexpected and unknown, and I wasn’t even able to go inside due to Covid. The vet called me as I sat in the parking lot, and the way she spoke about my dog made me so happy and relieved. It was like they were friends. Our dogs like going to the vet. That shows how great the staff is. They always come out with a wagging tail and you can see they've been treated well. This isn't just a job for these people, they truly love working with these animals.
