Amazing clinic. I love this place. Dr Jernigan is caring for both the pet and the human. I felt like he took extra time with us to make us feel at ease.
Have been taking my dogs to Ralston for 2 years. Will never go there again. Took my dog in for a yearly exam and for her vaccinations 3 months ago. She had a stomach problem so they wouldn't give her her shots. Did full blood work and doctor examined her...fast forward 3 vet appointments and $850 later she is finally well enough to get shots but the tech can't give them because she hasn't gotten her yearly appointment. I give Ralston Veterinary Clinic "5 STARS" due to their excellent hospitality and competent staff. I have zero complaints. There have been many times my babies were at the brink of death where the veterinarians worked on them without their mindset failing to defeat. Their staff always follows up with you, eager for updates in such a caring manner as if asking about their own pet. I highly recommend Ralston Veterinary Clinic to anyone looking to enthrall their trust on treating their most vulnerable and valuable loves !
Buyer beware: Healthy puppies don't make this clinic any money, if you would like to keep your pets healthy without paying the maximum amount of dollars in doing so avoid this business at all cost. The level of unprofessionalism, negligence, and misguidance I have experienced from Ralston Vet (Dr. Merkwan) is unmatched. Absolutely pitiful to exploit people's wallets at the expense of their loved ones. Shame on you Ralston Vet...
