I had an amazing experience purchasing my new 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie this week! Tiffany Griffin made the process fun and worked hard to find the perfect truck I was looking for! David Chambers and Jeremy Vicknair got the numbers right to seal the deal! To make the deal even better, Michael Snedigar was able to get an even lower rate than I already had! I will definitely be going back to Ralph Sellers for my next vehicle and highly recommend going to see them!

Went to test drive a RAM. Tiffany greeted us and took us for a test drive. We wanted a special order truck and there was no hassle. The general manager, Kelly, gave us a good price on just the truck we wanted. What impressed us the most is that he came in the room personally to talk to us. This was different from the other dealerships where just the salesperson talked to us. I really liked the atmosphere there, low-keyed and personal. Can’t wait for our new RAM 2500 to come in!!
Called the service department this morning to see if I could squeeze in today for a recall on a company fleet truck. No one answered the phone and no one called me back at all. Left a full message and my phone number, no response whatsoever. Salsbury dodge is head and shoulders above anything Ralph Sellers has ever done for me. They had me in and out in less than an hour. I’ve bought my last two vehicles from salsbury and I can guarantee that my next one will be from there too.
