She helped to figure out that I needed a new Bluetooth Module. Although I had to come back the next day, that was only because the part had to be overnighted thanks to Kellie Shepherd. They don't even try to work with you. Salesman told me "our price is our price" sorry but I don't know anyone that pays sticker price. All vehicles are marked up and you can come down some. Needless to say I left there, went somewhere else, and I bought a vehicle putting $12,000.00 cash. I will never darken their doorway again.
