A big shout out to your manager Shane and Leigh (sp?) in the service dept!! I bought a vehicle from Ralph Sellers, and only having it for 5 days I noticed a few things wrong with it. Since I didn't buy any extended warranties yet, I feared the worst, especially after being told that basically when I drive it off the lot any needed repairs would 'be on me' without an extended warranty. I just bought a 2020 Dodge Challenger from Ralph Sellers. Bruce was my salesman and he was awesome. Roger was the finance guy and I couldn’t have asked for any better. The service manager Shane was more than helpful with everything I had going on. He went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!! Thank you!!! Mandi is always so helpful and pleasant to work with. Having to bring your vehicle into the service department is always a stressful experience, rest assured these folks really take care of their customers.
