The absolute worst experience I’ve had anywhere ever!!!! Customer service in the service department is garbage!!! Was told a time frame that they would look at my Jeep, they lied. Was told they would look for parts a week later still hadn’t looked for them. Was told it would be 4 grand to fix a 1999 Jeep Cherokee...Took everything out of every compartment, bag, console, glove box and put either on the seat or floor board!!!! BEN in service department should be fired
Just bought my 3rd vehicle there. 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I love the attention you get when you walk in the door. It’s enough to let you know they are there but not too pushy. Dealt with the saleswoman all day. Had them run my credit, gave them all my info, set up an appointment the whole nine yards. Get off work drive and hour and half. Get there test drive the truck, I’m ready to buy the truck. They can’t sell it to me because someone else is there that doesn’t have good credit to buy it. Sales woman keeps saying whoever signs first. Well I was ready to sign and she kept beating around the bush. Shane saved me some major money! I have a wrangler with some MILES on it. Old man miles almost. I've brought it to Shane and his guys a few times with a big nest of issues. First they found a cracked manifold that was making some noise and fixed me up.
