You literally go out your way to purchase a vehicle from them yet they fail to mail you the plate after you requested it.

After driving to a dealer in Port Arthur with the lure of a good deal and lifetime warranty, then not honoring their advertised price. The sales person had the nerve to tell me all dealerships do the same thing, there is no way I could get a truck at that advertised price, and had they not advertised such a good price I would not have driven there. I would totally recommend them. The service center went above and beyond to fix all the problems that I had complained about and were able to find the rattle in my wife's 2010 Challenger. They were so friendly and helpful. Thank you very much.
