Went in Monday afternoon with my clunker dying in their parking lot. Jim started the process of letting me look at my *now* car and test drive it, and then when I had to leave because of my job, he picked me up the next day even though he was off. Tabatha helped me finish all the paperwork and I drove off with my new car yesterday. Fantastic service and I never felt pressured. (That may be cuz I went in knowing exactly which car I wanted but they never tried to sway me.)

Well after being a loyal customer for 12-15 years, I had the most horrible experience with a sales manager, 🤥 I have ever had. Totally disrespectful actions hurts. Then to boot.. figured I would get a call from the GM, NOPE.....oh well loyalty means nothing to this dealership, but the loyalty of me telling my story goes on!
