Between my parents and I we purchased 5 vehicles from Ralph Sellers within a 3 year span. As long as we were trying to make a deal people returned our phone calls and constantly emailed us, but as soon as a problem came up we couldn't get anyone to talk with us. Obviously they don't care about their loyal customers.
Not pushy from sales to finance. Highly reccomended.

4th time truck in the shop for the same issues. Called me, truck fixed. I get there, truck not fixed, will have to bring back again. Is it just me or is this ridiculous?WTF

Called the day after my check engine light came on my brand new 2015 grand Cherokee. Was told I wouldn't be able to come in for an appointment for another month because they didn't have any appointments. I have preciously scheduled and appointment for an oil change went to it and waited 2 hours before my car was done. The service department is not the best
After being told we could test drive, a salesman taking our license and upon waiting 10 minutes for the key, the floor manager of Hyundai said that in order for me to test drive he would have to run a credit app. I don't understand why I would have to do this due to the fact that I have not driven the car to ensure that I like the car. Needless to say I'm completely dissatisfied and will be taking my business elsewhere.
