Came in for an oil change and my check engine light was on... oil has been changed and the light is still on....but nothing was said about it. Also, they said they checked my washer fluid and it was good, but it's empty... makes me wonder what else they claimed to have checked but didn't...also... no reminder sticker for my next oil change. Is attention to detail and thing of the past?
Found out they had the car I was looking for, it had all the things in it that I was looking for, I had texted with the salesman the day before, he sent me pictures of the car so I'd know how it looked in the sunshine, so the next day....down I went from Zachary that morning and drove out with it in a few hours, the sales team was great !! I'm one happy man. Oh !! ...the car was the Yellow Veloster DCT. Thank you Edward Tanieiu & Chase Gonzales, you made car buying a positive experience.

We told the salesman we didn't want hard credit inquiries sent out to every bank and credit union in the country. Well that's exactly what they did and with that in my credit I can not purchase or get a loan for a house since where I was renting flooded. I also didn't appreciate being run over and treated like I didn't matter when it came to getting information about a truck my husband and I purchased together by the salesman.
