From the 1st phone call until the actual delivery of my recent used car purchase from Ralph Sellers, I was treated with kindness and courtesy from my salesman, Malcolm, to the management staff. My salesman properly assessed my needs and gave me wonderful, non-judgemental treatment. Service and Sales department are great!! The only Dealership we will use.
I went there yesterday from Lafayette to buy a truck,told them that I was interested in a truck.told them I had an significant amount of cash to put down and they still didn't want to negotiate on the truck and just let me leave the lot,and I told them that I had a 1,000 cash to put down on it to hold it until Monday so I can pull the rest of the money out of the bank,so I wouldn't recommend going to them for anything!!
Theresa Adcock was the sales professional that assisted my daughter in purchasing a Jeep Patriot. She was extremely helpful, kind, honest, and patient. I highly recommended asking for her! She made the car buying experience pleasant ( and I don't usually associate pleasant with car dealers). This was my first purchase from Ralph Sellers and I will be back and I will ask for Theresa.
Your service is pretty bad. Kept my car for 3 days. Fiest and second day you said you forgot abiut it and after the third day you finally decided to say you couldn't fix it.
