Horrible service, 2nd time my jeep was brought there for the same problem and never resolved. This time the 2nd day they have it they recommend me to go rent a rental cause it may take 4-5 more days to diagnose the problems when I have an extended warranty and the jeep only as 11,000 miles. So I need to find a decent dealership to fix my problem
Purchased a nice Ram 2500 longhorn megacab. Sales (Mr. Tamplain)was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They want to charge a fortune to put a gooseneck hitch in for me. (Take my advice and go down to Acension liners) you will save plenty. Also the paint had a bad spot in it from the factory, which service jumped right on and had it fixed. The gentleman, met me on the weekend to swap out the rental and give my truck back. Not sure who the body shop is (yet) that did the work, but left the leather and screens inside of ... read more
