Worst experience I ever had. I asked for no onion on my burger and I actually got not just onion but old black looking onion! Mind you I order the sandwich daily from my local rallys so I know the correct way it is supposed to look. It was old brown onions that stank so bad it almost mad my family sick in the car. All my food was cold and not to mention the drice thru took like 20 minutes. I will not be here again and I discourage anyone from ever eating here. Lol I wish there was a way to post this picture! We just rode through the drive through and they had a sign up basically saying they didn’t have shit.
The food here is always old! I have yet to go to this restaurant and received fresh food. And when I say fresh food not dried out hard burgers and fries. I really believe they re dip their fries in the grease so they can be hot...
Service was ridiculously slow! I could have gone to a sit down restaurant & received my food faster! Won't go to that one again!
Customer service is trash. Sitting in the left lane watching three orders in the right be taken before mine with zero indication that the left lane isn’t in service. Why?
Just let you sit in the drive thru without a sign posted that the lane is closed or without telling you on the speakers box. Service is very slow and they constantly get your order wrong.
So apparently it's okay to take the hose out of the strawberry syrup, put it on the floor while you go get a new jug and then just put the hose into the new jug without cleaning it off. When the cashier, terri, told the woman that I didn't want the shake anymore because I saw what she did...the woman rolled her eyes. Come to find out it's the manager.... laura.
The slowest place on earth. Instead of letting someone know they are working alone they leave you to sit in the drive thru for 15 mins to then tell you to go to the other window. Then Dionte' who claims to be the manager thought it was okay to slam a window in my daughters face.... Won't ever go back
