More customer service oriented. Took a phone call after waiting 30 minutes to get my email confirmation of reservation. I also mentioned that I was upset that the system didn't credit me with the promotion I entered. She told me it probably wasn't valid. If that was the case, it should have flagged me as invalid. I would have tried another one. I had to go back into the system to see what I was being charged.
