My fiancé and I love flying out of RDU. The airport is super easy to navigate and takes no time to get from security to your boarding gate. It is also very clean. We love the number of direct flights to Europe as well. Keep up the great work!
I love this airport. when ever I would fly In . people were so nice.
RDU is not acting like a community partner. They could easily open up (or keep open) unused land for public use or sell to the state parks. instead they wish to spend $2.6 million on a fence just to fuel a personal war.
Don't allow a private quarry to destroy the public forested land that draws people to our area. And don't destroy our forest or the beauty of our East Coast Greenway with an unnecessary waste of money on a fence. Be better stewards for current and future residents.
Love the airport, best run security in the nation. I hate what they are doing with PUBLIC land and Wake Stone that is going to hurt Umstead and surrounding park land!!!
RDU doesn’t do what’s right for the general public They give sweet heart deals to their friends like Wake Stone Over 100 acres of the most beautiful land in the triangle RDUAA “leased” in a back room deal with no public over-site to Wake Stone to make a rock quarry RDUAA needs to reverse this disastrous decision and do what’s best for the general public instead of their well connected friends
