Noorak was absolutely amazing. I’m currently training for a 45-mile cycle and a 10k run, all while managing a bit of a back issue—and she handled it brilliantly. It wasn’t exactly relaxing (my muscles are seriously tight!), but that’s exactly what I needed. I might be sore for a couple of days, but it was 100% worth it. Already booked my follow-up for next month! ☺️
