The adjoining pharmacy is diabolical. If they aren’t getting prescriptions wrong then it’s a miracle. That’s if they even have the medication in stock and a pharmacist available to fill the prescription. Been this way for a few years now, terrible service.
Genuinely a dreadful place. Staff have always been ridiculously rude with me, never want to actually help you with whatever issue you’re having. I’m much happier since I changed to another doctors. Currently have a family member being messed around by this place and it’s only making their health worse. Do better for god sake. You’re supposed to be here to help people.
When do you get to see a doctor instead of a nurse practitioner..I have yet to get past triage into a actual appointment..also the company has disabled making appointments online because it's easier for a receptionist to fob you off.
The out of hours was superb, the doctor was excellent. I was seen straight away and got a prescription for the problem completed in house.
Very Lazy desk staff. Very hard to see a dr as the nurses run this practice, bless them.. but getting through on the phone is impossible. Long waits In waiting room even though most of the time it's empty. Badly run practice
