Worst experience at a dealership! Horrible communication and awful service! Customers Beware!!! I purchased a New 2018 Jeep Trackhawk about 7 months ago. They are very happy to sell you a car and take your money but they disappear when you need them after the sale. ZERO customer service. Many promises of call backs from a manager and never received anything. Sent an email, got a boiler plate reply with the wrong name on it. Never even read it. Their tech “expert” is clueless. Never again. Stay far away.
Went into this dealership thinking amazing things until I got the actual experience. Very disappointed in the service and overall experience. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Had to call them to find out that my car wasn’t even touched, then had to cancel my Christmas plans because the car wasn’t done. Told us it would take a week at most and now on week three. Something is going on here. I cancelled two warrenties over a month and a half ago and they are still active. I believe they are trying to force me to wait 60 days. This needs resolved asap. I have made multiple calls and appearances yet nothing has changed.
I didn’t have a good experience because I bought a car and they said that they check it before I took the car with me and everything was fine and “Green light” While we were buying the car they were really nice, but when the car broke, anybody know anything about what I should do.
