I give Rairdon of Kirkland 5 Stars! Sales Associate Taylor Koch provided excellent service. Buying a vehicle can be very stressful; yet Taylor made the experience relaxing and stress free. His knowledge of the vehicle and process was exceptional! Also Nate the financial associate was very friendly and even was able to provide a lower interest rate! Would definitely use this dealership again!

We bought the truck... Despite the finance guy Ron... Big mistake. We wanted to pay cash... Which they declined so we wanted to put 20k down... They said they could do ACH... Come to find out That they ran the debit... Which of course it wouldn't work... Until he ran it for 3k...instead of saying it didn't work so we could bring a check..So then we'll have to eat the interest charges for 2 weeks until the bank can set it up... After checking every other day... A month later they sent the paperwork to the wrong bank... Now they want us to come back down.... On our time... To resign papers... WHEN ALL WE WANTED TO DO WAS PAY CASH all along... If you want to make it right.... Let me bring a check down and get done with this deal.

Just bought a 2014 Ram 2500 and was feeling good the day of the sale. The salesman, Gage, even took the time to deliver the truck to me since I had gone to the dealership on my motorcycle. The next day That changed to very dissatisfied with multiple things. The biggest thing is the fact that the steering wheel periodically jerks when in a turn. This happened once during the test drive and Gage said that he noticed that the off ramp we were on had ruts and that the tires must have caught them to cause that. It has happened multiple times since I received the truck even though the dealership’s used car evaluation sheet showed everything was good. The next issue I had was the delivery prep done on the truck. Up until now when I have bought a vehicle from a dealership they ensured the vehicle had a full fuel tank (and DEF tank for diesels). Both the fuel tank and DEF tank were below 1/4 on this truck. The windows on the truck weren’t cleaned either but I am thankful for that because it showed the evidence of my next issue. I was told this was a single owner vehicle not a business vehicle. When the dew stuck to the adhesive on the back window left by a decal, I could plainly see the design and wording for First Light guide service. This might explain why the Carfax report was read to me but a copy was never supplied to me like other dealerships I have dealt with.

Never again. The communication has been so poor within the dealership it’s crazy. I bought a$65,000 new truck and they were supposed to install leather seats. I was told the service department would call to schedule the job 2 weeks later I called and was told I had to talk to parts. Ok I came down ordered the leather and decided to have another $7,000 of accessories installed. I waited a month had everything installed. The leather is loose and wrinkled. The bed of the truck has surface scratches they have to buff out. In the end they don’t care if I don’t like it I am told I can trade in the truck. Get a now used value and buy another from them. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else but here.

I definitely recommend this dealership and Taylor (Red) in particular! Even though we ended up spending 4 hours at the dealership (because we were negotiating a lot), I left very happy! Taylor made sure we were taken care of. Special shout out to Mike from finance department and their manager! Thank you for amazing experience!

I recommend buying a car here. Kevin Graham was very helpful during the purchase process. I know it can be nervous going through number etc but he and his staff were great.

Zizi, who is the Rairdon Internet manager, help us order and negotiated a really competitive price on a Challenger Hellcat to get factory ordered. Then, when it came in, Nate and Kevin, the F and I and store manager, help me conclude the business end of it and take delivery. We have bought several cars at Rairdon and have always been treated like family.
