RecommendedZizi, who is the Rairdon Internet manager, help us order and negotiated a really competitive price on a Challenger Hellcat to get factory ordered. Then, when it came in, Nate and Kevin, the F and I and store manager, help me conclude the business end of it and take delivery. We have bought several cars at Rairdon and have always been treated like family.
I took my car here for repairs... their diagnostic fees are outrageous they wanted to charge me a additional diagnostic fee of 180 to look at the touch screen in my car when I was already paying that fee 3x...... two times for codes and one time to look at the window that wasn’t working.... so I wait they had my car 9 days to fix it once I get it back it’s not fixed I dropped it back off that same day they tell me it’s going to take another 3-4 for them to look at it 😫.... at this point Im without my car for almost 3 weeks

Came in to test drive a new model my hubby had seen on TV. Told them up front we weren't buying today, wanted to look at in person vs online, test drive and check options/prices of this brand Jeep in it's first model year. I purchased a used vehicle here and traded in my car that still had a few thousand dollars left on the loan. Over 30 days later they still haven’t paid off the vehicle I traded in. If you like sitting in a showroom where the terrible sales people drop F-bombs on the regular and they don’t keep up their and of the contract, come buy your vehicle here.
Stopped by tonight, as my husband wanted to look at and test drive a 4-door Wrangler, as he’s in the market for a new vehicle.
