It’s a very convenient and nice place with friendly staffs. But usually long waiting time! I hope scheduling appointments worked as it says on the website
I’ve wanted a Jeep Wrangler for as long as I can remember and these guys finally made it happen! Everyone was very patient and gave me space to make a decision without feeling pressured. They never made me feel bad about asking a bunch of questions and they explained it patiently and made sure I understood everything. Hopefully I don’t have to worry about car shopping for a long time but if I ever have any problems or need something done I will be back! Thanks guys!!!!
Didn't solve the problem that I went in to have solved. This was the second time I went in for it. This time the warranty expired, so I was asking them to stay focused on the problem. They found other things to address, some were legit, but at a very high cost, like changing air filter for $200 with labour. I can't take it back a third time, because I don't think the mechanics are capable of fixing it... Worst part is, I told them to take vehicle out for a drive, which they clearly didn't do. I'm done.
The staff is nice, quick and professional. Beware your maintenance plan may not cover what you'd hope for, but I guess that's my bad for not being more diligent. I would buy another car from them or recommend.

5 Stars We bought our new 2019 Jeep Rubicon with these good people. Our sales at the Kirkland dealer-person and sales manager did an excellent job getting us into the car we wanted. The Finance guy was great. They took care of us. No high end sales pressure. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking to buy. I would do it again. And it didn’t take the entire day to finalize the deal and drive off with the new vehicle. Win/Win
