Be sure and go to Rairdons in Kirkland if you want to listen to a salesman use F bombs every third word. This salesman then challenged a customer when the customer asked him to tone down his conversation. The salesman then referred to a female body part when the customer was going back to his seat. I spoke to two “managers” there and I don’t feel at all that this matter is being taken seriously. It is all being swept under the rug. Do you think customer service is number one there??

Service staff are very friendly and helpful. This is my second oil change at this dealership. I love that they are open Saturday and Sunday.

Customer service was slow. Didn’t deliver as promised. Took forever to retrieve my truck once I paid for the service.
Jack took excellent care of me when I came in for my oil change. I had an emergency dental appointment that was only an hour and 1/2 later than when I showed up. Jack was concerned that wouldn't be enough time but checked with his team and got a commitment to get it done in an hour. They rocked it!
