My oil change took over 5 hrs. I was told 2.5 hrs. When I bought the vehicle and was sold the oil change service plan. I was to be 30 minutes to an hour for an oil change. hasn't ever come close to that.

Great service... in and out in no time for an oil change.
Just a regular oil change was done. Sometimes places can mess that up. My service advisor payed special attention to my timeline for the oil change. He kept me well informed and I was very pleased when I gat my Jeep back. Sometimes the best surprise is no surprise. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle professionally serviced.
Using a loaner car with two years no month. Got pulled over and the cop wants to tow the vehicle....
