They sell you a car(paid cash) and 9 months later your service advisor admits in a private conversation there is a design flaw and they DO NOT know how to fix it! They use the same EXPERIMENTAL material to "fix it" and months sometimes weeks later the same problem occurs! You contact corporate who contacts your service advisor who proceeds to save his ass and denies saying they don't know how to fix it even though you have been there three times in less than two years for the same problem!! This dealership is terrible the salesmen lie I bought my car in December I asked if it had all basics radio, a/c system and in December who is going to use an A/c that time so I didn't check it. My bad well yes they sold me a 2013 dodge dart without a/c I brought my car in for service about the issue of why I'm not blowing cold air and they laughed at me said I don't have a/c . This dealership is shadey and lies to you to get you to buy the car. I will be posting this on yelp and bbb DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!
Went there to buy a brand new Dodge Dart that was on sale. When I arrived, the place was crowded and chaotic; finally when the salesman met me, we went looking for the car in question. We spent a good 25 minutes driving around from lot to lot sticking the key out the window trying to 'beep' the car.
