Rairdon’s was very thorough and, explained everything that needed to be done on my vehicle and, the options. They did excellent work and, were very time efficient. Customer service was excellent. I would recommend them. I took the Jeep in again because, I was quoted a price of 265$ for a transmission flush after the work was done the bill was 400$ be careful of deception. Thanks, Brian Liebe

I have bought my last two cars through Rairdon's in Kirkland and both times were awesome. The staff is very kind and very straightforward. I never once felt like I was getting the run-around. They took the yuck feeling out of buying a car and I would always recommend them.
I scheduled an appointment to get a recall done but before they didn’t have the part to perform the repair. (You’d think they would’ve thought about that before scheduling an appointment) But they didn’t so now I have to go back a second time and it’s a big inconvenience for me because it’s not right around the corner. But what they did do is try to sell me on a bunch of other stuff that they said I needed before they even brought up the fact that they couldn’t complete the job. zero stars!!! Service department is completely unorganized. Both Monroe and Kirkland where terrible at communication, expectations and general customer service. At the same time I’ve never seen such an aggressive sales department. I’ve had non stop “trade in” your vehicle calls, emails, etc. from the min I went for service. I’m a loyal Jeep customer but will probably never buy again from this group.
