The finance dept was sneaky adding things to my purchase took months to get refunds. Called and emailed numerous times with no responses. Took 2 hours to do oil change despite commercials that says no appt needed. just bring in. unfortunately I bought 10 oil changes there so have to use them. Would never buy there again. Going to Monroe to see if they are faster. very bad experience both times

Low pressure and my vehicle repairs were completed at the promised time.
Sold me a warranty for my jeep for 3500$, had a vibration in the front end since owning it. it keeps getting worse. Finally brought it in to get it looked at and warranty isn't covering it. Service department does what ever it can to get out of warranty work. Not happy
