I liked Chris the sales rep. I did not like the fact that they only provided me with 1 key for a 2019 Wrangler .. and don’t provide services to get one. The cost for a new one is.$265...I got huge pressure when signing final papers to purchase a warranty. There betting you don’t need it...and so am I. I told him no 5 times. I suggest before looking at a car.. make sure they provide 2 keys.
service department is horrible today. wnet in at 8:30am for an Express oil change. Jack told me it was about an hour wait, not a problem for me. 11:45am I cant wait any longer, going to miss my son's first soccer game and try and get my jeep back and cancel the oil change only to find out my jeep has been done since 10am but they lost my paper and keys. the service department offered no apologies and all their guys were more interested in talking about fantasy football and the breaking news about Antinio Brown news.... These people were very nice and accommodating. They held the vehicle for me, they returned my rental car. Overall a very kind, respectful place to do business. I would drive 4 hrs again to deal with them.Thank you for helping me!
They did a recall and replaced my airbag but broke my glovebox in the process. Didn’t seem too concerned about it when I called. Now I need to take more time to go back and have them fix it.
