Dave provided great service! He inspected our leaking softener and explained what he’d do to fix it prior to the fix. No up-charges and very honest. No more leaks. We talked about the need for a new softener eventually, but never tried to sell me on a new one. I thought of eventually buying a new one from a big box store, but no more. The Rain Soft lifetime warranty and exceptional service far outweighs saving a little money from the big box store.

David and Kevin were right on time and covered their shoes as they came in. It was snowing out. They communicated well and got right to work. Mine was just a yearly maintenance call and they explained what they were doing as they went through their checks. They were done in no time and found no issues. They made some minor suggestions and were on their way.

The rep was very informative, pleasant and professional. No pressure to purchase. Whole house water softener was installed the next day. The installer was also professional and efficient. We have very hard water and this product works as advertised. No hard water rings in sinks, tubs and toilets. Skin, hair and laundry much softer. So glad we made the investment.
Summer was so knowledgeable thorough, had attention to detail and even better was so polite, personable and accommodating. She made sure to not only answer my questions, but also gave me additional tips that I would find helpful.
