We were lied to from the start of the sell. We had a sales *** come to our house, and he was great let me tell you. But, it's been lies. After a few months of having products we were already having issues. I was already frustrated that we were scammed basically told them I wanted my money back. Not all but pro-rate. We have reached out to ****** a couple of times, but have not heard back. ********** Manager did speak with ******** husband but he asked that we speak with ****** directly. We will wait a couple of days to hear from ******, and will reach out again if we have not yet connected. I plan to send my manager out to the Albrights home to check out the system and make sure that it is working properly once we have approval from the customer.
I would like to share my pain with another customer about pathetic customer service once you buy a product and have issues with the product. I called Pure H2 (Cincinnati, Ohio Location) for yearly service maintenance and they changed 3 filters for a year-old product; after filter replacement of 3 or 4 months, the water quality was similar to the Tap water. Customer service is a priority at Pure H2O. The service technicians do set their schedule a week in advance, to accommodate the best available times for customers. That can sometimes mean service calls cannot be made the same day. After installation quality checks are performed by a different department, with different scheduling availability.
