Zach was my sales rep. He was professional and great. Really helped me understand what I was buying. Matt and Patrick were my installers. They were excellent. They got the job done faster than I thought they would. They explained everything about the new system to me and made sure I understand what I needed to do. They were all friendly and funny. Would recommend to anyone.
Matt came and did the rain soft installation for my house today and couldn’t be happier with his work. He was intelligent, friendly, professional and efficient. He worked with me on my requests and went above and beyond to get everything setup for my family the way we wanted it. Extremely happy and confident with the work Matt did today!
Matt and Patrick were great. They were professional and VERY friendly. The installation was clean and relatively fast. The guys worked with me to find the right installation location based on my preference, not what was easier for them. They even helped me remove some old plumbing equipment that I wasn’t using anymore.
From my first conversation with Pure H20 (Rainsoft), I was treated with the most extreme respect. All my questions and concerns were answered appropriately and helped me understand about the entire system! Matt and Patrick did a wonderful job installing our systems.Throughout the process they were very polite, very careful with our belongings and cleaned up very well. They were very helpful and knowledgeable teaching me how to use and maintain my system and also walked me through all of the setup and maintenance.
