I have always been treated well by this company - the service personnel they send to me are always knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. They answer any questions I have and take all the time I need with them. The latest experience was a pleasant encounter and the gentleman who performed the service was knowledgeable and eager to teach me what I needed to be aware of with my system. He was on time as well.

I called Rain Soft for service on a working Rain Soft water softener. I wanted to make sure that it was working properly. The service tech said it was working fine , but it had a broken part. He left with the softener head, left me with no softener system, and said it will be a week before he can return. My water is brown now. I wont do laundry with this water, and I wont drink it. I have no idea of repair cost. I fell like I am being held hostage at this time.

We sold the RainSoft unit back in 2000 to the former homeowner at this address. The former homeowner had worked on this unit himself and as a result had caused some significant issues. We removed the unit, which is unusual, so that we could bring it back to the shop for service, we did this to address all of the problems and to make sure that the unit is working properly. My service manager had talked with Mr. ****** and we thought that he understood what we were doing and that we would get his unit back as soon as possible.... read more
