After a 45 min wait for a table we had less than mediocre service terrible half filled drinks again with terrible service after an hour with no refills I requested a manager she apologized then said she would check on our order... it was never put in the computer. We had 4 children that were already hungry now beyond pissed off, we left. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Eat here at your own risk.
First time there labor day/ the atmosphere nice but the food was TERRIBLE! Spent $100 on fast food quality/ very disappointed!
The atmosphere was great. We enjoyed all the shops and the food was really good.
Cool place, nice staff food is ok. The waitress was really nice. The food took a long time and was mediocre.
I had the Red Fish. It was excellent! Our host did an excellent job on serving us. We were very pleased with everything .
It was supposed to be a treat for my daughter. We waited over an hour for our food. It never arrived. We did have our drinks, but we only saw our waitress twice. She asked what we wanted to drink. And did refills. Manager was upset that we wanted to leave. She even tried to walk us back to our table, her exact words were " I'm going to need you to sit back down and eat." Unfortunetly, we weren't going to do that.
The waitress was very slow in taking our order at first but after being confronted her service was better. I received a shot with something black in the bottom of the glass. The children enjoyed, but I don't think I will return.
We have to come to grapevine every year for work conferences and this is the 1 place I have to visit. The staff were very helpful, quick service, my steak was perfect. It was immediate seating, drinks within the first 5 minutes, and food was prompt. They even had 4 kids birthdays to sing for. I will be coming back every year.
We were told 20 min wait. Waited about 45 mins. Then go after they paged 6 minutes oh we gave your table to someone took u to long. When we proved it was on 6 mins they scrambled and a table was ready. Then both my cousin and I ended up with food poisoning. Last time!
