I enjoyed the experience, had a little problem with getting the drinks, but it was busy and the server got side tracked. All in all after getting the drink problem straight every thing else was fine. I wish that we had the restaurants closer to home so we could eat there more often!
1 hour to order and get food .ordered ay 11:10 food arrived@12:10.
Our waitress was fabulous! We were seated next to the enterance/exit to the kitchen and they are popular for their "volcano" dessert which they yell every time a waitress brings one out. It's a lot....probably at least 10 times while we were there. Takes away from the experience. They should let it at the table that placed the order. Food was great, over priced, but it's the experience I guess. The kids loved it.
Took forever to get a seat and prices are outrageous!
We came with hungry kids and almost decided not to eat here after a history here with long wait times. We were told there was only a 20 minute wait. We ended up waiting an hour and were told they lost our name, after being told we were next in line after 30 minutes and seeing multiple parties who arrived after us being seated. The server was great, but we asked a manager to comp our appetizer since we waited so long. He said he would take care of it. The food was beyond delicious and the service from our waiter, DYLAN, really made the experience that much better. He clearly was swamped, but still took amazing care of us. Rainforest cafe, give that man a raise! #RaiseForDylan
Our appetizer came after our entrees, the restaurant itself was poorly ventilated and incredibly humid (maybe part of the attempted atmosphere), and the kids in our party were getting very hot rather quickly and the adults had to make fans out of the kids menus in attempt to stay comfortable. The food wasn't anything to write home about, but was adequate. Aside from the humid atmosphere, the kids did get a kick out of the General rainforest splendor. Food was good, prices are expensive!!! But, for the kids to have fun a guess you have to pay for it. Cool place if you would like to eat in the jungle
Loved my veggie burger and service! Will definitely be returning. My Grandsons and Daughter loved it just as much.
