Your paying for the scene. Foods not that great and service needs improving.
Over priced bad food. Asked for my steak to be cooked medium. It was well done and a very tiny steak at that. Coconut shrimp was average. Waiter was a good, pleasant young man. I doubt we will ever go back. This place was good many years ago, not any more.
My 3 year old granddaughter loved this place. The food was ok. Fun for the young ones.
We go try to go to a Rain Forest Cafe if there is one where we travel. Nice atmosphere, good food.
Over priced and over cooked. Also, it smells bad in here.

I am in a wheelchair and I couldn't get my chair in the bathroom because of a wood piece screwed in at the door. It's hard enough to get around in a wheelchair but when you can't even use the bathroom it's horrible! Ok. So Rainforest Cafe at Grapevine mills mall are one of those places. We called and the manager said well no one else has complained. Really?
The service was amazing. Super friendly and the environment is great.
Food was cold :( but you're paying for atmosphere. Kids enjoyed the experience.
