I was disappointed to say the least. The hostess showed us to a table and walked off without asking if it was ok. We live 2 hours away so don’t go often but seems like we keep being sat by the tigers. They scared my 4 year old granddaughter so I asked to be moved. Jesse was our waiter and he seemed rushed and not attentive. We asked for 2 Diet Coke’s and got 1 and would do a drop and run. Good food but not worth the high prices. Server was outstanding though.
Wait time was 1 he and 30 minutes and they weren't even very busy. Waitress was very nice. Food was not as good as it should have been. My oldest daughter got really sick about 20 minutes after we left. She didn't even finish her food after paying I believe 25.00 for it. She had ordered a plate that had shrimp. Scampi. I love the atmosphere with the trees and jungle animals, plus the food is quite good! I look forward to visiting again!
The only thing that may take me and my family back is the atmosphere. Food taste is ok. Plates and drinks are overprized. Service is slow.
Ate at the bar, expected little better service. Man beside me had plastic in sandwich. The honey sriracha salmon was excellent though.
It was me and my family's first time and we came to celebrate my baby's first birthday. I love the atmosphere and the scenery. The drinks were amazing and the food was really good. We will definitely be back.
We love this restaurant chain but this location was terrible! The hostess took way to long to seat us in a nearly empty restaurant. It took 45 minutes for our food to come out and when it did everything was cold or barely warm. The slow service really ruined our experience.
