Its a good place to visit,, food is good but quantity wise its less if u order platters,though its perfect
Waited over a hour for our mediocre food. Had to ask Manager where our food was. It wasn't busy so I don't know why it took so long. Waitress seemed stressed out overwhelmed. People that came in and sat next to us right after we got there got their food was on their dessert before we even got our food. Over priced and service sucked kids liked the atmosphere but the food and service makes me not want to go back

The wait time was rediculous. I think we waited almost an hour and when we went into be seated there were tons of tables open. Im not sure what took so long, but it did. Food was good. Waiter: stephon was amazing. He bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed and to answer some questions the kids had asked. All and all, it was a good experience. We always enjoy eating at all the rainforest cafes!

The service was great. Good not so much and we were disappointed as it was great last time we were in 6 months ago. Steaks charred when ordered medium, all food cold and rice was extremely dried out as if from the day before.

Service was terrible and we were there at 2:30 in the afternoon . I had to get the hostess to find my server I will never go back. This place needs to hire people who actually want to work . I took my grandkids and this was their first time and their last . The food was cold and couldn’t even eat with what they charge we should at least get hot food .

I enjoyed the food but didn’t like my wait of over an hour. Then as being seated I saw many free tables. I know waiters can only take on so many but there were too many free for waiting that long.
