I will not say it was the best restaurant experience. First off, the hostess said it would be a two hour wait when we could clearly see multiple empty unreserved tables before even entering. Only when we pointed them out did he say, "Oh, okay how many?" Secondly, it was our First Wedding Anniversary and we were staying in Fort Worth but decided to visit the grapevine mall and neither of us had ever been to this establishment. The food was very good. The service was very very slow.
Poor quality over priced food and service was horrible, as well.
Very disappointed, it took over an hour to receive our food. The servers would come out with a tray of food and walk around each table asking what their table ordered. Very unorganized. Not once did we see a manager. The atmosphere is great but service is not.
Was seated almost immediately which was nice. Took to long to get our order in though. Cheese sticks were the same ones that come from Wal-Mart in a frozen box. Food was cold and extremely bland. Will not be returning.
