Food was GROSS! 🤢 Waiter was nice. Prices were ridiculous!
Horrible customer service, drove over an hour to let our children experience it. Big mistake. We never got a text for a table after an 1 1/2 hour wait, (and lots of empty tables) we tried to see how much longer after the attitude from the girl on the elephant we just left and went elsewhere. We will never return and have never had such a horrible experience. Don't waste your money, go to Chili's on the other end.
It was My first time. The environment was neat to see and cool for kids. As far as the food, I had the quesadilla appitizer - it was okay & husband had steak & chicken combo - it was not all that great for the price. The service definitely could have been better. Food took along time to come out and a party that came in after us got served before our party did. I took my mother & 9 yr old daughter. All 3 of us enjoyed it. �
Our waitress had an attitude and we went 20 minutes without silverware and napkins after asking for both twice. The food took longer for us (2 adults and a 4 year old) than the party of 6 people that sat next to us (arrived 10 minutes after us) There was a 45 minute wait upon arrival for a table, the entire place seemed 25% full so not sure why we had to wait so long. Lunch on a weekday at 1 pm. Not a rush hour. Host wasn’t there to greet us and when she did show up it was like it didn’t matter. The overall service was without any sense of urgency to provide good service. Lunch for 3 people was $62. A chicken wrap, burger and fish & chips with water, a soda, and a beer. Some people say it’s because it’s a theme restaurant that’s it higher price.
