Food is alright and the kids had a lot of fun looking at all the animals but the bathrooms were nasty...sadly.
I came here to celebrate my son's 8th birthday. We had the worst experience ever. To start, we had to wait 90 minutes to be seated but I would have been okay with this as long as they took good care of us. I immediately told the server it was my son's birthday. She told him happy birthday then proceeded to disappear. It took nearly 15 minutes for us to get our drinks. We ordered our food, an appetizer and side salads. Poor wait staff, we used to go to the rainforest cafe for the atmosphere. Now I feel like I am being overcharged for them to flick the lights and make animal noises.
This place is awesome, my gran-kids love it!!! Way to go Rainforest Cafe!!!
