Took the kids for a birthday get together. Was sitted close to the door and we made birthday reservations - didn't get to enjoy the experience !!!!! Wasn't even told Happy Birthday. Drinks were not refilled food took so long to get to the table. Service was so slow and after an hour food finally came and we never saw the waiter again until he brought the bill. Would never return !!!!!

The food was was tasteless. Very Bland. my wife's rotisserie chicken was dry..dry.. Dry!!! The staff was unatentive. For the price of the meal it should have been a lot better taste and quality

This was a wonderful experience for my toddler, she loved ALL the animals, trees and rainforest sounds! Would definitely recommend this place to a family!
The tilapia tasted like bad lake water. I would not recommend getting any dish with tilapia. They offered to replace it with another batch of tilapia and it was worse than the first. Thankfully they brought out shrimp to replace the fish. Not only was the fish bad but the wait time just to be seated was 1 hour wait for just 4 people. When they finally sat us we noticed it wasn’t even busy inside the restaurant. Lots of open tables available. The food is very expensive.
The food is decent. You really are paying for the experience. Our wait to be seated wasn't long but the wait for our food was a little bit long. I see a lot of people bashing the place pretty harshly. I get it that the food is pricey and isn't all that plus the wait time sucks. But you are really paying for the atmosphere and for your kids to enjoy the theme of the restaurant. So if you are expecting anything more than that, then your being somewhat delusional.
Terrible from the door through dinner. It isn't busy and we waited 15 minutes just for a waiter to even stop. None did so I flagged down a hostess. We saw our waitress twice. Once to fill up drinks that were empty and then for the check. We won't be back. It wasn't worth the money.
