Dear Rainbow P., my brother Fabio has been trying to’ call you for the last 2 months but They replied that Nathalie and Irina were not available. Unfortunately with health problems, Fabio had huge problems because all tecnological aspect especially the email have been compromised. I moved into 24 Harlesden quite recently and have been very impressed by everything about the building. The building is quiet and feels very secure. The communal areas are lovely and always look very clean. David, the building manager, is very nice and always friendly, helpful and approachable. I’m pleased I moved here!
Rainbow Properties are shockingly unprofessional and dishonest. Their staff are consistently disrespectful and dismissive, making any interaction frustrating and unpleasant. They engage in questionable practices that lack transparency and integrity, often leaving clients in the dark. Their entire operation feels manipulative and unreliable. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this agency to avoid unnecessary hassle and deceit.
Absolutely the Worst Experience – Avoid at All Costs! They are by far one of the most unprofessional agencies I’ve ever dealt with. Their communication is dismissive and disrespectful, and they clearly have no interest in helping tenants once they get what they want. Their behaviour is evasive, and the way they handle things raises serious concerns about transparency and trustworthiness. I would strongly advise others to avoid them, nothing about their conduct feels reliable or above board.
I've lived here for over a year. The landlord of the house, David, is always kind and quick to respond, and 24A Harlesden building is always tidy, clean and full of nice smells :) Also, Having a common room is great for working from home.
