Today was our first time at Rainbow and we had a great experience with Janie! She was awesome with my daughter and overall very pleasant. Thank you for accepting patients who don’t do everything the conventional route as not one ped office in Okaloosa or Walton County will. We will be back!
We made the decision to move over when Brooke Perdomo transferred and it was an excellent decision. All of the staff, doctors, and nurses are amazing!
Can’t say enough about the PA Alesha. Brought my daughter in for a school physical and a follow up for a big bite that was infected. She was very kind and attentive to my daughter and listened to my concerns. I am so happy to of found someone who actually listens to what I have to say and does not dismiss my concerns or objections. She was even able to keep the attention of my child who was all over the place! Very happy to be a patient at this practice.
After three weeks of my grandson going without any meds and being told bring him back in 7 days if still has a fever �, we took him the very next day to the office in town where he was promptly diagnosed with bronchitis and put on meds. Please be careful and take a closer listen to your patients. The conjestion was so bad in his chest you could feel the rattle, not sure how that was missed with a stethoscope.
Very friendly staff just hate the wait. Sat in the room for 25mins before the PA came to see us. When u have sick kids and a newborn baby that’s no fun!
We absolutely love Dr. Lopez, Brooke, and the entire staff at Rainbow Pediatrics, PCB. We have 5 children and this office treats them all like royalty. Just recently our youngest son fought pneumonia. We were at their office every other day, on their request, just to check and make sure the medications were working correctly in clearing out his lungs. Again, we love this group and would not trust anyone else with our babies.
