Dr.Rezk and Brooke are amazing but the wait times the over booking they do and the over crowding of the wait rooms etc is outrageous. You’ll be waiting hours for a quick 5 min appointment. I have personally been dealing with this since the first time we starting taking our children here in 2017. It just slowing getting worse...unless you have hours to be waiting around choose a different peds office.
They always get our children in when needed. They are friendly and listen to our concerns.
The doctors are amazing, Dr. Rezk is the #1 doctor in town!
Rainbow has been great with each of my kiddos ages 5, 2 & NB. The staff is very compassionate, caring and personable. Most recently with our NB Rainbow was very compassionate and took excellent care of our own Rainbow baby who arrived early at 37 weeks. I feel the office is clean and appropriate measures are in place to protect everyone’s health during the pandemic. We are happy to choose Rainbow for our pediatric needs.

I sent this to Rainbow Peds privately because I feel they both deserve recognition I decided to share here as well, so others can see how awesome they are. Just wanted to give a huge shout out to PA Alesha & Nurse Georgia (I hope I got her name right). I brought my 4 kids in today for well checks. Ages ranging from 7months-7 years. Let me just say, they handled the physicals, vaccines & everything else like champs.
