i have switched doctor offices cause Everytime I go to take my kids there has been a two hour wait. not just that the nurse that sits at the check out window has a bad attitude Everytime we go to leave or to make another appointment she's very rude to me and my husband. my oldest son has autistic signs and have asked and asked for him to evaluated and they lied to me and said they were gonna get him evaluated when they never put in a recommendation to see a specialist! that isn't a Dr office I want my kids to go to! so if yo... read more

Knowledgable friendly staff
I just recently switched from another local provider to Rainbow and had the best experience at our very first appointment. Brooke was amazing and took her time with my 2 year old. She played with him, spoke to him and explained everything clearly to me. Front office staff were helpful, on the phone with me the whole way there and got me in immediately. 5 stars isn’t enough for this office and how they treated my sick little man.
best staff and feel like they take great care of sons well being, it's been hard finding a great doctor for my son after Hurricane Michael, we used to go to Tyndall, only negative thing I do have to say is that they dont allow service dogs inside the office, they have it posted on their sign in and out wall, very frustrating when my husband has a service dog and he cant take our son to his doctor, its actualy illegal for them to do this and they could have to pay a fee for not allowing this

Leaving a message with the front desk is virtually pointless. You will have to call back several times in a day to follow up with them. if you don't follow up it won't happen. If you do follow up they get irritated with you for bothering them so much. receptionist will also put you on hold and come back several minutes later and have no idea that she already spoke to you and then we'll turn around and put you on hold again and repeat this process. I'm ready to find another doctor for my kids.
Looked on your website to see if they take my child’s insurance. It said that they did and I set up an appointment. I get there day of and I was told they don’t accept it which is fine but maybe y’all should change your website and take Humana off of it. The secretary was very rude about it also.
Went for my daughters 18 m check up and had Brooke. She was amazing and so sweet. Hope to have her again next time we come. My baby usually cries when she’s getting her ears checked and such but she felt comfort around brooke and it made it a lot easier!
