Would love to give zero stars. My niece has had her car maybe two weeks in the last 4 months. This dealership has no communication, ducks calls and their general manager does not return calls after stating he would. This car is on its THIRD transmission and now this place will not contact us nor release the vehicle. I’ve filed a BBB complaint and a complaint with the LA attorney generals office. If you take your car here you will never get it back!!

I bought what I thought was a wonderful car in April from Doug with used cars. Since then I realized I was lied to and put off by the General Manager and Manager of used cars Eddie. I was sold 4 tires that were completely dry rotted and only 10% life of my brakes. Today I found out the air filter was complete filth and my battery is being held down by a piece of wood instead of a factory made spacer. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN ! Took most of the day before they told me I’d have to get a rent a car because they had to keep my vehicle a couple days. Never received a call back, but my husband was able to talk to them.
Their service was amazing! We were in and out within 2 and a half hours!
Service department is awful. Spend almost $800 to get my oil filter adapter housing fixed and they didn’t refill my coolant!!!!! I have way less than minimal. My Jeep almost overheated!!!!!!!
