Firstly, I never leave reviews, but I felt compelled to do so after my experience at Rainbow. My car was flooded during the last storm and I needed a new vehicle. They lie, and have no problem selling you an unsafe, broken vehicle after putting a bandage on the actual problem instead of just being honest or better yet, actually fix the problem and earn your customers respect and loyalty. I would not recommend buying from here. Shameful! I took my 3500 Truck in late one afternoon, expecting to have to make an appt. to get the oil changed and tires rotated. Rhonda, the lady in the service dept. told me.... We can get it done right away !!! That sure made my day ! Plus, they saved me some money ! Thank you so much !!!
The first time I went to get a oil changed I have to wait 20 minutes before getting anyone to greet meet. First bad sign but I went ahead and got it done. Second time had my car towed there called and and talked to the someone in service explained all problems and said check the alternator. Got a called and they said it was the battery paid 349 and went and picked it up. Brought by jeep in because I thought something was wrong with the transmission. they were very helpful in paying attention to details and makjng sure nothing was really wrong with it. will definitely use the service center again.
