This is a terrible place to do business with. They don’t honor promises made when they are trying to sell you something or have already taken your money, and their service department is an absolute joke. They had my Jeep for nearly two weeks...no phone calls...no updates, nothing. I finally just showed up and pulled it out without so much as a diagnoses from them. We as a Dealership DO NOT make warranty decisions. We wish we could. Those decisions are made by the manufacturer, FCA North America. We would also like to further understand how we are a terrible place to do business, so please feel free to contact our service manager Russell to schedule a meeting to discuss how other than this instance where FCA declined the repair, we have not performed.
