Not lie to customers to pull them into the dealership from far away. do better inspections on vehicles so customers are not forced to drive all the way back home with with burnt brake lights and turn signals.
the salesman was fantastic but the sales manager was a total jerk. he refused to honor the deal we made and tried to hide the fact he removed additional options we agreed on. I would make the drive to slidell. our experience there was so much better
We had a renegade that was coming to end of the lease agreement. Doug was fantastic. He walked us through all our options and was there throughout the whole process. We choose to buy the renegade. Everyone we worked with were true professionals. Special shout out to Doug. He made it a enjoyable, stress free experience.
The only reason why I drove 70 miles to have my suv service is because of the service team that works so well with Season! Now that she’s no longer there, neither will my business be. We have a very good working relationship with Season.
