It was supposed to be a free second oil change. Paperwork was filled out incorrectly so I had to wait AGAIN to have it corrected. They took advantage of my mom cause shes a woman. She had her Jeep towed there cause it died on the interstate. They claimed it was the crankshaft sensor. So they did and "update" to it. They claimed to even have test drove it too. Not even 24 hours later same issue again. Now I'm involved, which I should be. Looking at her bill. No mileage driven. Took it to a Different dealership, they nor I have ever heard of an update to a sensor. So hopefully now its in good hands and that sensor will be replaced.
False advertising posts prices on vehicle that are wrong

Brought in my Ram 3500 for 3 recalls, one being the water pump. I asked for the thermostat to be changed while having the water pump changed which is a $40 Mopar part. Takes about 15 minutes to change. $280 is what I was charged for a freaking thermostat. Hour and a half labor, Helen Keller could have done it faster. Dodge’s next fix for the drag link recal is to weld the adjustment sleeve, what a joke! So now the adjustment (to recenter steering wheel) is rendered useless. I definitely wouldn't buy a vehicle from here, especially if you think you're going to need service. The people from management down to the technician are a bunch of idiots. They'll wait 15 days just to tell you they won't fix anything. Brought my truck else where and had a axel put in and resolved the problem. lead mechanic couldn't figure it out. sure I'll pay out of pocket for something under warranty.
