The only one cashier has been closed for 16 min. 5 people were waiting for exchange cash. I asked the female staff to open the cashier. She said rudely, "Waiting for a few minutes doesn't you." What a nonsense! Later, I told a male staff everyone's time is precious. Time is gold. He replied, "You are gambling so u have time." So illogic his mind! How did the co hire such apalling staff?
